      Pros

      Being a finance guy, I though real estate would be a significant challenge and was actually a little anxious when I joined SquareYards. However, the company has a culture of grooming individuals to actually realize their importance and work even better. I have benefited personally from this grooming and many others have also seen their career profiles rise after joining here.

      Cons

      There are no significant problems at work but I feel the employer could arrange for a little more recreational facilities in the office.

      No single pros... Pros are like a jokes... Bcaz they are not able to deliver the things which they promised..

      Cons

      Very unprofessional work culture...please do not join this company... No support from seniors.... They have recruited such a fools on higher position who doesnt know how to handle team....everything is faltu in this organisation except their parties... This is the worst organisation i have ever seen...

      Global platform. Unlimited opportunities. Startup mode to mold. Freeplay aplenty. Great bosses, empathatic CEO/COO.

      Cons

      Dictatorial management. Limited support. Decisions made too fast. Executions too fast. Hire/Fire policy scares people off,creating some unpleasany image,though is inevitable.
