      Pros

      The only pro this organisation is they have trainers who make you believe you are about to join one of the best organisation in real estate industry !

      Cons

      1) They treat their employees very badly,they arrange events in five star hotels and they want their employees to wear suits,blazers but they won't feed you anything all the employees who are sitting in the event starve badly ! 2) Currently they have two trainers one is a quite nice guy but the other trainer whose name is haroon is a senseless and unmannered person having zero knowledge of real estate industry but pretending as if he is the most intelligent trainer ! If anyone is about to join this organisation please work hard or else be ready to leave the company

      Leaders are awesome Nitin Sir , Gaurav Kumar and other leaders you are awesome

      Cons

      You have to overcome challenges in sales, just ignore all the negative feedback you get, they are all Loosers who cannot perform. I totally respect this organization Only Loosers will give excuse and be negative

      No pros to write you guys suck big time.

      Cons

      - Frauds - Cheaters - they will promise something in India and they will make you only Telecallers to generate lead - 100+ calls daily that too connected - Most in ethical illiterate and underdeveloped environment - Feels like sophocated and feels like back to school with a headmistress. ( Peeps if you join you will know who is she ) -
