Pros

A very nice work environment with a lot of smart people to work with. The company was started by MIT guy, and he maintained a very good hiring culture, to hire only the best. So you get to work with a team which knows where it is going and can really deliver wonders. Awesome place to work.

Cons

Its not about SW, but the CAD as a sector is quite small, and once you get in SW, the world shrinks a bit. But I guess that can happen in any sector

Pros

The R & D team is wonderful, it is dynamic, person driven rather than process driven. Good work is well appreciated.

Cons

CAD is a niche area. And CAD users are among the last users of new technologies. So not all interesting things happen in CAD development.
