Pros

Customer Focused Employees are empowered Very talented people Understanding that people (employees and customers) are the strength of the company

Cons

Dassault is taking increasing control of SolidWorks, impacting the very heart of the culture of the organization. The Dassault corporate culture is not any of the things that were mentioned above. If this continues, in three years, the SolidWorks as it currently exists will be gone.
