Pros
Great place, excellent people in the peer community, nice career progress options, well planned and executed annual plans from work, culture and other perspectives, excellent alignment between top suite to end of the chain workers. Talent is well recognized, developed and promoted. Industry standard wages and benefits - maybe even slightly better. If you are patient you can even move around laterally or geographically. It may take a while to change functional roles if you are interested but you need to network and be visible for those reasons.
Cons
Make sure you are french, if not at least middle-aged, white and male. otherwise your experience may vary. I really do not know what else to say...
