      Products Are Outdated / Culture is Hostile

      Pros

      The only reason to go to Software AG is because you don't have another offer. Few would call it a career choice and the most common conversation among employees is about how broken the company culture is.

      Cons

      Turnover in Software AG Sales is 70% or more annually over 2-3 year periods (people leave in batches). At the Regional VP level it is 100% annually across the team. The comp plan, the sales strategy change each year and senior management live by dishonesty and lack of delivery. Industry competition and customers say, "Software AG is legacy software". That's a bad way to start a relationship. The products are 3 years behind the market as customers move to the Cloud and the company can't compete. Management will be hostile to you as you try to sell, but don't make your number. There is a 75% chance that you will leave within 2 years. One simple question: Why would you go work there?

      Pros

      Work life balance 10/10 Employees Flexible hours Some managers and teams who are good No stress, ppl take their own sweet time to deliver

      Cons

      Senior management sucks. All long timers and some of them don't allow growth of employees Not women friendly at all! Shame Unprofessional and in-experienced managers Hikes percentage are worst and only based on bias and not performance

      Pros

      1. Office is spacious, that's all!!!

      Cons

      1. Lot of micro management is there. They calculate each and every molecule of oxygen that you take in this office. Its very frustrating. Wont recommend this company at all even if they are offering competitive package. 2. Product based company. So you wont have much opportunities. You will keep on revolving around 2-3 companies that uses their product. 3. Salary is not up to the level of other product based companies. 4. I have talked to seniors who tell me how they regret not switching to other companies in initial stages of their career and now they are stuck here
