      Pros

      - There have been some positive changes compared to what was there earlier - HR is more active now and seems so. policies are better organised - consulting side is growing and the numbers overall are growing

      Cons

      - only few select people are favoured in business, mainly consulting - R&D is slow moving , not even in reactive mode

      Pros

      Good work life balance Good people I think they really value software development and care about putting together a good SDLC process

      Cons

      Huge company - you end up being very far away from folks who make decisions -but it's like that for front line workers at any large company. Challenges co-ordinating development efforts on their massive software stack.

      Software AG is a highly respected company with a massive customer base and a good product stack.

      Cons

      Although Software AG want to help other companies to respond faster, smarter and more agile, the company itself is very cumbersome and increasingly process-oriented. It´s not a 'young and innovative' company any more.
