      Pros

      Company and the team is just as good as you- Initiatives in the team, and in extracurriculars are rewarded with actual opportunities to make your ideas into reality. Lot more freedom to decide on your plate of work.

      Cons

      The people can try to make it more fun with offsites and other team building activities. The regular team outings are now a little old school.

      1. If you're an actor, athlete or a photographer, it's an add-on to your appraisal. 2. Women empowerment at best. 3. You'll still get 10% annual hike, even if you don't work. 4. Work life balance. 5. Non-working and hard-working are treated alike.

      1. Rusted and useless management. 2. No place for hard working individual. 3. Below average salary and work. 4. Ill-mannered managers.
