      Pros

      Loved the people, they work hard and care about the individuals.

      Cons

      The German HQ controls everything tightly giving very little autonomy to the US office. It's a pity because the cultures are different and it hold the US back.

      Easy work, high pay, low pressure, lots of flexibility, great benefits. great place to work if you just want to get a paycheck and don't really care about the work/industry

      Cons

      Absolute cluelessness about technology Ivory tower architects who can't code Terrible tech direction (OSGi push is an unmitigated disaster) Company strategy is entirely derived from Gartner Analysts Executive staff are a bunch of bean counters with no tech knowledge really hard to get anything done. bureaucracy everywhere. IT is a roadblock every step of the way
