      Some great products have come through from acquisitions.

      Cons

      Unpredictable changes to structure Employees change every 6 months (truly the worst employee retention I've seen) Demotivating culture Truly appalling product management Micro-management to levels I had not seen before

      Worst Company Ever Worked For

      Pros

      - Lots of free time - Middle management and lower tier team members (non-executive team) are all pretty nice and easy to work with people

      Cons

      - Benefits are terrible and expensive - Archaic systems that require extra time (i.e. expenses and PTO) considering being a software company - selling off parts of the company and keeping everyone in the shadows (huge lack of communication) - No bonuses for over a year - no communicated values except a "north star" that they quite literally sold off to IBM
