      Great potential crushed by poor, political management

      Pros

      Products are excellent and leading class in Analysts reports. Great set of big name customers using the software for mission-critical applications. Good team in the UK who can all see the company potential and are desperate for leadership and direction.

      Cons

      Staff turnover in UK in Sales has been very high for a number of years (e.g. 4 Sales Directors in past year, many many Account Executives.) Couple this with ever-changing Sales Territories plus a short-term approach of revenue through licence audit and customer relationships are very poor. All of this is addressable but Senior Management at the UK and EMEA level is very political so good team spirit, dedication and motivation is stifled - communication is top-down only.

      Tech stacks which they use is latest

      Cons

      They do not have any values, no mutual respect , higher management do not have management skills . They scold dev's for no reason. Bossy culture

      Just another product company

      Pros

      I am part of the R&D team and I can say that I work mostly on handling customer issues. At best it is 50-50 issues vs new features. Even if there is capacity to do more features, managers strictly advise not to and that's less pressure and good for us.

      Cons

      It is a 10 year old company in India but no brand recognition. Even worse is when you learn this is the first ever software company in Germany and is close to 50 years old!
