Cons

Inefficiently managed, regularly scheduled no supervisor to open the restaurant. Often expected to run entire kitchen with 1 line cook and 1 dishwasher.

Pros

Fun workplace and some of the workers are fun to work with. You have a set shift if you bid and get the shift you want

Cons

When I got hired I wasn't told that I will be on call and won't have very much work because the seniority gets all the shifts until it is bid time again. When you bid on shifts you can't get the best shifts again because of seniority.

Get to attend and experience each game for free. Pay is decent for the work.

Cons

Management is a mess, there is no organizations whatsoever. They hire basically anyone so you have peers that don't do anything that never get punished. Started to crack down on stuff with 4 games left in the season.
