Good for Part-time Work, but Don't Rely On It

* Flexible schedule. * Consistent work task expectations. * Friendly and down-to-earth management.

Cons

* Can be so fast-paced that it's disorganized. * Inconsistent work schedules (sometimes you'll work all week, sometimes 1 day a week). * Not a good option to make a living.

Adrian is a really cool boss and the majority of the people at the Rady Shell location in San Diego are fun to work with. Learned a ton.

Cons

Horrible hours. Inconsistent. 70-90 hours a week during the season. in the off season you're forced to work at the Convention Center and Indian Wells Tennis Garden which both suck so bad. Not worth it unless you make 90,000 or more. I made 72000.
