Pros

- senior management can be helpful and get involved in your deals to help move them forward. - pension is good - progression is good. - focus on professional development normally but as of the last year there has been an internal and external hiring freeze so no one can move anywhere.

Cons

- more enablement than necessary. - cannot get your pipeline creating job done because of how many internal meetings and enablement there is. - immense pressure and scrutiny over pipeline creation (infuriating given the above situation). - you know you're just a number here. Hit your targets and you'll be okay.

Pros

Good pay, people are generally helpful, good documentation

Cons

It is no longer a small, nimble, fast paced company but an extension of Salesforce.

Cons

Slack is losing sight of its typically transparent, honest, empathetic culture as it continues to tie in with Salesforce Salesforce is awesome, just has a different level of employee/leadership trust
