Pros

The culture at slack before the acquisition was truly something to admire. Now, at salesforce, benefits are purely financial. - good benefits - conferences can be fun

Cons

After the acquisition, however, it's a chaotic mess. The directives from leadership aren't implemented well and it's much more difficult to do my job finding resources and getting questions answered is infinitely more confusing, processes are convoluted and duplicative, and it's next to impossible to change anything - management constantly flipping priorities - lots of unnecessary admin work (tracking activity, badge swipes at the office, etc) - next to no culture between parts of the business - feels like we're all just fighting dashboards not to get fired
