There are many different challenges at Slack, and we are kind of free to tackle whatever interests us. Low management interference Leadership is solid, and really cares about the company and team morale

Depending on your role there might be a lot of meetings

Pros

Courteous, friendly, fun workers who care about their work product. Great product which people love. Grown ups work here. Very good employee perks - Personal + Professional development funds, barista, snacks, meals 2x week, happy hour weekly, $100 commuting/month, fitness reimbursement.

Pros

Excellent working environment, people, and perks. Tremendous growth with great product. Management has a great vision to how communication should work in the workplace. Everyone at the company is excited about the growth with the same company value and mission. All in all, a great company to be part of.
