the company's benefits and culture are unparalleled, and I strongly believe that there is so much room for growth once you've entered the salesforce ecosystem

Cons

my role was a bait and switch, there is little to no direction from senior leadership and goals and metrics are continuously shifting (more than on a quarter-to-quarter basis) we were supposed to have team offsites but never do, so the opportunities to meet your team in person are slim to none there isn't much budget for our team to get out and entertain partners, but we are partner (relationship) managers

- Growth opportunities only if you go with whatever leadership tells you & do not push back. - Lack of autonomy after the Salesforce acquisition - Weird culture at Salesforce - Negative culture at Salesforce - Fear based leadership (surprised they haven't learned it does not work)
