      Pros

      The people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of promotions and communication. Management staff doesn't have the experience to really manage a staff. Too much micromanagement and lack of trust with their employees.

      Pros

      Lots of smart, dedicated developers who are loyal and hardworking. There is good attention to doing a quality job and getting the details right. The products have great customer support and documentation.

      Cons

      The flow of ideas and information is one way - from top to bottom. The downside of this management style is that innovation and creativity is suppressed and loyalty is diluted.
