      Great Flexibility People are very respectful Great work life balance Company generally doing well Great products Some of the very talented employees

      Cons

      Not much opportunity to grow Confusion in organizational structure and decision making Groups/Teams/organizations work in huge silos A lot of people do bare minimum to survive and are not motivated to work together

      Work with lots of smart, hard working people. Are able to imporve a lot from work.

      Cons

      Payment does not increase. However, benefit become worse and worse.Not too much up movement opportunities

      Pros

      Core SIMULIA staff only are very good honest hard working people who are looking to solve hard problems that are of value to customers

      Cons

      SIMULIA as a compnay is no longer able to make decisoins and is being managed by a far less capable group who have a 90 day vision that seems to have no regard for human capital or customer needs. Glen Gary Glen Ross comes to mind.
