      Used to be a good team but many have left because of management

      Cons

      Since Simplus acquisition the plan all along was to sell out, and have now done to Infosys. The management showed just how hypocritical they are by preaching how much they cared about people and culture, but were willing to sell out to an Indian offshore company. The company is very political, management do whatever is necessary to keep power with one or two. Arrogant leadership, better places to work.

      Rapid growth means putting in extra hours and doing what it takes to deliver to the customers -- which makes work/life balance difficult at time
