      Senior Management are caring for employees health, career and well being. Work while challenging allows you to have a more robust experience in working. There are a lot of opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      Work load management can be challenging because Utilization rates are high. Work is all-around for Managed Services so the learning curve is a bit difficult.

      Pros

      Great Place to work!!! Especially for mother's like me. We can work from home which is very helpful to delivering work life balance to the employee, and also parallelly helps the company to get the work done.

      Cons

      Since its a growing company a lot of times they tend to forget people who has great capabilities.
