These are issues I personally have had. Most of my coworkers have the opposite experience, so I truly believe this is a reflection of ME and NOT Simplus as a whole.
I have struggled a lot at Simplus. I don't like the model of running 6-8 projects simultaneously, and it has left me in a constant state of stress. Because of the stress and high number of projects, this is the worst work-life balance I've had at any SFDC position in 9 years experience. There is a nested pro in here- as all my managers and teammates have made every possible effort to try and make the model work for me. But it's just a square peg in a round hole type of situation. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone with previous consulting experience, but might advise that if you come from a Solution Architect/leadership role at an end user you really dig into what your daily life will look like before switching to Simplus. But for bootcampers/BAs/experienced consultants, unequivocal recommendation.
