      Pros

      The executives truly care about the well being and personal lives of the employees and that permiates the company culture at Simplus. You are part of a growing global company so new opportunities are around every corner. Co-workers are very welcoming and interested in helping you succeed.

      Cons

      Not a place to work if you are resistant to growth and change. The aggresive goals and tremendous growth may have you working outside of your comfort zone. Those are Cons to some but Pros to others.

      Pros

      Simplus has grown like crazy in the past few years and, it's been amazing to be part of such positive growth. I have found even though many of us are extremely busy in our day to day tasks, there is a culture of work/life balance. This allows us as employees to maintain a healthy mindset to perform the best quality of work.

      Cons

      The only Con is not being able to see everyone across all our different regions of the business because we have some seriously awesome employees.

      Pros

      For the top to bottom, the entire company really embraces the core values, which makes for such a positive work environment. Management is easy to talk to and offer transparency about companies direction for the future. They offer great benefits and a flexible schedule.

      With rapid growth, the company is experiencing some growing pains
