      Pros

      The company's culture is really emphasized from the top to bottom. They don't just preach it. They actually live it. I've finally found an employer that has realized when they have happy employees, the employees will take care of their clients. Being able to spend time making relationships with the customers instead of worrying about other things is my favorite part about working here.

      Cons

      I had to go to Salt Lake City for two months for training to start the job. Everyone has the option of being a remote employee afterwards.
