      Pros

      Salary is higher than most A/R positions in the area. Work at home day once a week. Three weeks vacation from the start,

      Cons

      Management sucks. Can’t transfer from one department to another internally for three years. No employee retention or relationships. Expectations are unrealistic and goals are impossible to meet. Forget about ever getting a good review. Moral is horrible and the management and financial business partners are 200% responsible for why employees are unhappy.

      Worst Company Ever

      Pros

      Pay is high due to turnover rate.

      Cons

      Under qualified managers, 12+ hour work days, unrealistic expectations, no training, they make bonus targets unreachable, I could go on and on and on.
