      Cons

      Lots of restructuring and changes structurally and functionally. Very hard to have your role and responsibilities defined with the constant changes happening.

      Great people, terrible leadership team

      Pros

      Very good salary, amazing people, opportunities to learn new technologies, very good life work balance.

      Cons

      Difficult to get a promotion even if you are performing well. Leadership team is terrible. People in the top management are ignorant and they only care about profit. No long term strategy. Continuously restructuring the company. For the last 5 years they are moving people from US and Europe to China and India.
