Pathetically bad work culture Many unethical practices going on High attrition rate One of the worst places to work. Earlier work culture was better but nowadays it has gone into drain.

-Benefits are industry Standard - Many Tools available to work -Global Exposure -Clean Office environment -Christmas Lunch -Allowed to wear casuals

Cons

-No leadership -Big turnover of people, most of the talented people left because of Racism in Canada Market- No one cares -No direction -No training -No actions on managers who are incompetent -Impartial behaviors from managers(Especially in Supply Chain department) -Promotes favoritism -Too many tools - No good salary -Extended working hours -No work Life balance -No opportunity to grow within the company -Very Bad employee Rating numbers -No Bonus -Discrimination in salary
