leadership is pathetic, they have no clue what they are doing try to do to much micromanagement for every thing, come office to everyday, this that everything All hiring is biased, if you have contact in higher position you can easily get into signify

Decisions are made with out stakeholders involved. Upper level management doesn’t see the bigger picture and only cares about profit margins
