      Many different areas of expertise, people from all different backgrounds with different thought processes allows for innovative solutions and an incredible learning environment.

      Supportive team of consultants, bad project assignment.

      Consultant network has great career information and educational opportunities.

      Cons

      Client assignment/project was not a good match. Slow moving bureaucracy led to slow progress, underutilization of skills/ability, and ultimately apathy toward the project.

      Great company in France (assignment, work life balance, leadership, culture) but really poor in UK especially for financial industry
