Pros

Can not think of any.

Cons

Sia Partners expects employees to work uncompensated hours on top of the standard 40-hour week, with 50+ hours becoming the norm. There is no overtime, and these additional hours are required for performance reviews, which feels unfair and exploitative. Leadership is disconnected and focuses more on acquisitions than building a supportive culture or investing in staff. In one instance, the CEO even stated he'd do any job for free if it was interesting, which is comical and completely out of touch with employees who are working to pay their bills. Additionally, if you're between projects, you're left to find your next contract with little support from the company or management. This company takes advantage of younger consultants, offering limited growth and compensation. Not recommended for those seeking a balanced and supportive work environment.

Pros

Genuine consultants who are looking to learn and grow in various practices.

Cons

Senior leadership is a complete mess. They're more concerned with their own pockets than the well-being of employees. The decision-making process is chaotic and often feels arbitrary. Case in point: people are let go without any prior performance feedback, leaving them blindsided. There's no clear communication, no performance notices—just a sudden termination. On top of that, there’s been no adjustment for market wages or inflation. While the cost of living keeps rising, salaries have remained stagnant. Leadership doesn’t seem to care about employee retention, and it shows. To make matters worse, after firing people, they threaten them with an absurd non-compete clause, making it frightful to seek employment at other consulting firms. It feels like an intimidation tactic to prevent people from moving forward in their careers. Advise getting an employment lawyer depending on your state. The company culture is toxic, with a complete lack of transparency from leadership. Partners constantly get fired because this isn't a true consulting firm, but a staff aug masking as one where the CEO controls everything. They keep dangling promises of development and growth, but when it comes down to it, they're only looking out for themselves. Would not recommend unless you're desperate.
