      - Entrepreneurial set-up where one can take the lead and deliver tasks beyond the title - Opportunity to be involved in not just project delivery but also Business Development, Recruitment etc. - Pushed out of comfort zone which provides ample opportunities to grow - Flat organizational structure

      There's some great talent there.

      Cons

      Unnecessary long hours are required and the basics don't get done. Employees are always asked for their advice on improving home functions, while it's never implemented. The don't think high turnover is an operational problem.
