      Culture - put the person first, then what is best for the client Leadership - cares about the team, keeps the team informed, praises individual and team achievements Team - there is a strong female presence and they support each other in any way they can; it is a culture of empowerment

      Business development takes time, there are many markets that are still growing and so it's not always immediate to see the impact you have on the overall market

      Good place to learn for a couple of years

      Good financial services client base and great people at junior levels

      Cons

      No clearly defined success criteria across levels. Promotional criteria varies person-to-person, resulting in a highly "Office Politics" type of setting. High acquisition rates in the US has inadvertently created a total lack of company culture. Feels very disparate and disconnected. Sub-par salary when compared against competitors in the NYC area.
