      Pros

      Salary, benefits, company events and career opportunities. It's a steep learning curve and there is room for growth. I was exposed to a lot of interesting client projects and new initiatives. Approachable senior management. The firm hires high-calibre individuals and most of them , even the most junior hires, are quite capable and experienced.

      Cons

      lack of infrastructure, growing pains. Start-up like environment, so there's still room for improvement.
