Pros

- work hours 9 to 6, enough time to get on with many other things in the evening - nothing on your mind about work, only working from 9 to 6 without having to worry about anything as soon as it hits 6pm - Rota done monthly so you can plan out your off days for the entire month in advance - Great work ethic - chances of progression throughout the company and training provided.

Cons

- solo working in stores - commuting to different branches (takes up more time sometimes than your own store)

It is also pleasing that you have noticed the career and progression opportunities available to you. Unfortunately there will always be times in an organisation such as ours, where you are required to travel to other stores within your district, however we do try to keep this to a minimum where ever possible.

Pros

Entered the career with no storage knowledge but have been welcomed by all with open arms and guided every day to learning what I need to know

Cons

My only con is returning to rota work from previous 8-5 Monday to Friday. But even doing odd weekends. The hours are great and the DM tries to be fair with weekends and uploading your rota ASAP
