The owners and the manager are great to work for I enjoyed the time that I work from them.

Cons

Didn't like working 2nd shift and then have to come in on first the next morning. This didn't happen to often.

Large programmes with enough complexity to be challenging Many good people from various organisations. Truly global company, with people from all over the world and all sorts of culture. High standards and values, pleasure to work.

Cons

The large complexity often leads to suboptimal choices, which need realignment later. This leads to situations where direction is being changed often. Its always 3 steps forward and one or two steps backward.
