Decisions are made with a strong influence from individuals with backgrounds in the oil and gas industry, which do not align with the goal of fostering a cleaner future. Furthermore, a recent shift in strategy has led to the unfortunate situation of letting go of talented professionals recently hired from the renewable energy and decarbonization sector.
