      Great learning, gives you a problem e let you solve it in your own way just monitoring your results. Good infrastructure for the employees

      Mostly values, you see that most people work at Shell because of its good salary not because of their own values or reasons.

      Pros

      Shell is a nice place to work, positive working environment and I was being appreciated for my work. Also, I got paid a fair amount of money. I would recommend everyone to work here.

      Cons

      I can't think of a lot of negative things about working at Shell. Maybe the fact that it's a big company, so you will feel like just another employee sometimes.
