Pros

Fast paced culture, going thru the typical growing pains and very good product development.

Cons

TOXIC working environment, company doesn't care about their employees and its better to stay away. Everyone is quick to throw people under the bus and high turnover. Be prepared to work long hours

RSU's are great, if you can stomach the culture.

Lack of quality leadership across the org. Teams are very silo'd and individuals easily get entrenched in their outlook.
