Pros

After just being hired I got the opportunity to take on a lot of the responsibilities of the lead operations manager who left shortly after me joining the team. I was championed to take charge and to really work hard supporting the team.

Cons

I got passed up on the full time position as operations manager despite doing a lot of manual work the job required. It was really upsetting since I was doing the work for the past 7 months, often alone with zero complaint.

Excellent management Opportunity for growth Very generous gratis Pay & bonus is outstanding Love the inclusivity

Cons

As with any work environment, there can be the odd difficult colleague, which can be challenging. 9 hour shift (that includes lunch) can be quite taxing for full-timers (but opportunity to decrease hours is on offer too, thankfully).
