Pros

-Sephora offers the Certified Fragrance Sales Specialist educational program. -CFSS is an online exam designed to increase expertise and understanding fragrances. -If you get the highest exam score, you win a trip to the "FiFI" awards in New York! -The exam fee is $150.00 paid for by Sephora -Everyone who passes the exam recieves a gift box filled with about a dozen different fragrances.

Cons

-No in store brand traing. -Not enough special Events -client survey does not include fragrance -no pay raise -high theft

Pros

Working here is fun, the people are great, and the customers are very nice. It's great if you have a passion for make-up, and they provide training.

Cons

Pay is terrible, as well as benefits if they offer any. Because Sephora is inside of JC Penney, they do not accept the Beauty Insider cards, distribute the birthday gifts, or accept online promotions. This annoyes customers.
