Pros

You get tons of Gratis, has a point system to win things by Louis Vuitton, GREAT training program and continued learning.

Cons

Not always consistent with scheduling. Even if you are hired as full time, some weeks you can only have 20 or so hours.

Pros

- Ability to try out new products - Free products (although it's takes several weeks before you receive any gratis, and some of it might be old, discontinued products) - Ability to wear a full face of heavy make up to work (if you're into that sort of thing)

Cons

- Micro-management (you are being watched by several managers at ALL times) - Having to wearing a headset and listen to managers tell you how much you need to sell every few minutes (i.e. "I need you to make $2,000 this hour!" "Okay guys, we have 10 minutes to sell $500 before the hour is over! HURRY!") - Difficulty getting approved for a 15 min. break while managers and senior employees are free to take cigarette breaks at their discretion - Favoritism - Sporadic hours
