You don't really work for sephora you don't really work for jcp. Conflicting policies and a total lack of clarity on policies etc. really kind of a nightmare position to be in. Add to that the general upheaval jcp is Undergoing right now and it's not a positive environment.

Pros

constant training room for advancement, a lot of free gratis, fun working conditions with other sales associates. work and life balance is excellent. free uniforms. love the new animation and dressing to animation nails, hair, makeup, skincare.....

Cons

working hours change every week communication could be better clopenings (when you close and open two days in a row) does not happen often. clients can be challenging
