Pros

Great work group. Great atmosphere to work in. Get to learn about all brands. Get to help people in need.

Cons

Not great at relaying information, sometimes get information to late. Work off of store budget. If the store makes budget then that's how you get your hours,if not that's when the store will start cutting on hours for the week. So unstable hours is the worse part of it.

Gratis, gratis, gratis! It is great to be part of a growing company.

Cons

The return policy is constantly abused by clients that feel entitled to luxury items that some cannot afford. This causes them to be abusive to the staff when they do not get their way, even though they keep turning over the same purchase over and over.
