Pros

Gratis, overvew brand training. It can be fun to work around so many new products.

Cons

The most fundamental problem with Sephora as a whole is that in regard to company policies, there is way too much gray area. There is no black and white. Unfortunately, it just makes for confusion and inconsistency-not the execution of better ideas.

A lot of paperwork. Constant forms to be filled out for development and training.

Pros

Great benefits, discount was great. Learning about new products and teaching new customers about them. Wonderful customer service experience.

Cons

Everyone is out for each other's neck. Very competitive even when we are not working on commission.
