Pros

Great people, great values, great products and training. LOTS of free products for employees. Like thousands of dollars worth of free products per employee. After one year, you pretty much never need to buy makeup/skincare again :)

Cons

It is retail, so you have to deal with the terrible customers... Not all the customers are terrible, but you get one about once a week and they just suck. Customers are the worst part about retail. Also, the training is spread out soooo much that you begin to forget things are you learn about new products. The training could be better if they wanted it to be.

Multi branded for lots of options Great teamwork by staff at store level

Inconsistentcey by higher us who claim to get the business, yet impose tough workload Values not always practiced by higher ups yet you are held to very strict standards for driving your team. Unmanageable work load for exempts-be prepared to work long hours "forthebusiness"
