      Pros

      Great work group. Great atmosphere to work in. Get to learn about all brands. Get to help people in need.

      Cons

      Not great at relaying information, sometimes get information to late. Work off of store budget. If the store makes budget then that's how you get your hours,if not that's when the store will start cutting on hours for the week. So unstable hours is the worse part of it.

      - Discount on make-up - Smells good in the store - Freedom to wear your makeup the way you want

      Cons

      - 20% discount and you don't get as many free products as they claim - No training on products - Terrible management - Competitive co-workers - Rude customers - No room for advancement (most upper management are hired from outside the company) - The hours they give depends on meeting sales goals, so if the store doesn't reach the goal, you don't get the hours. - Schedule is not followed so work/life balance is incredibly unbalanced

      old school. no telecommuting. they don't promote from within. but the bonus is great.

      good bonus and fair compensation tons of gratis stability good organizational structure

      Cons

      difficult to work your way up within the organization they rarely promote from within old-school in some areas - LVMH mindset NO flexibility of working from home - in this day and age, really?? dumb dress code at corporate headquarters
