      Gratis is great, but doesn’t pay my bills

      Gratis is amazing, all the coworkers you meet are amazing, the coaching is lovely (depending on your world) and training with brands is always a plus

      Cons

      Management is awful, gratis abuse is prominent, if you aren’t a Sephora robot there is no opportunity for growth. The company is plummeting and the values are shot

      Free cosmetics, nice education on skin and hair care, not too

      Cons

      majority of "women staff" can become "catty" discount sucks, company wants work life balance to be a focus but it rarely is. Corporate switches focus too often and it effects leadership. Not a lot of promotions with in. Can be slightly biased. Very low pay
