Pros

Benefits were great, a lot of growth opportunity, and career development was fantastic.

Cons

Store managers are overworked, and that can filter down to the other leaders and employees. There are a lot of tools, but I do think SMs should be capped at hours per week.

Hybrid work, staff discount, opportunity to learn a lot because you'll be doing a lot

Cons

Toxic management - watch people get bullied and spoken down to in meetings. Problem starts right from the top. The current culture does not reflect what the company presents itself as (inclusive, empowering etc). Lots of blame game, finger pointing, and bias behaviour.
