- Great co workers and team - gratis and free makeup - flexible availability unless it’s black out period - Part timers get paid health benefits

Cons

- Company always cutting everyone’s hours yet continues to hire new workers - Huge pressure to hit KPIs (BI sign ups, Multi world, SPH, MCIQ) and if store does not hit revenue goals , everyone’s hours will be cut . - No commission but there’s a huge pressure to hit sales per hour targets - Micro managing managers - no growth opportunities
