Pros
Sephora is big on diversity. They have an amazing culture and work environment. They also have some great perks.
Cons
Some departments do not have the same culture that the overall company does. There is a lack of collaboration. There are managers that lack management experience and skills. Little to no opportunities for advancement. HR is definitely there to protect the company and does not look after the interests of the employees.
